Reorder custom registration questions
The order of your custom registration questions determines how they appear on the public registration form. Attendees answer the questions in the sequence you set. You can change this order at any time by dragging questions into your preferred sequence.
Changing the registration question order
Question order is configured in your event's Registration questions section. The order saves automatically as soon as you drop a question.
Navigate to Events in your Eventually dashboard to see your event list.
Open your event by clicking on it from the Events page.
Scroll to the Registration questions section where your custom fields are listed.
Drag the question to reorder — each custom question has a drag handle (six dots) on the left. Click and drag the handle up or down to change its position.
Release the question to save the new order automatically.
The public registration form reflects the updated order the next time it loads.
Name and email are always collected first and cannot be reordered or removed.
Troubleshooting
"Couldn't reorder questions — please refresh and try again."
This message appears if the question list changed while you were reordering, or if the request could not be validated. Refresh the page and drag the questions again to apply your preferred order.
