View completed event history

The Completed tab in your Eventually dashboard shows the full history of every completed event, not just events from the current month. You can use it to review past sessions, check attendance, and navigate back to any individual event record.

What Completed shows

When you select the Completed filter on the Events page, the list includes:

  • All completed events, from newest to oldest

  • Each past session of a recurring series listed individually

  • Events from any month or year

The list is ordered by start date, with the most recently completed events first.

Recurring series in Completed history

Each completed session from a recurring series appears as its own row. You can open any past session to review its attendee list, check-in status, and registration details. This matches how the Upcoming tab lists each future session individually.

At the top of the Completed view, the stats label reads ALL TIME. The footer at the bottom of the list shows a plain status message such as Showing all N completed events. There is no separate action to expand or load more history because the full list is already displayed.

Calendar view

The same completed history is available in the calendar view. When you page back through previous months, you will see completed events from those months because the underlying completed dataset is no longer limited to the current month.

Events leaving Completed after rescheduling

Single, standalone events that are rescheduled to a future date automatically return to the Upcoming list when saved. Recurring series events are not affected.
