Edit details for an Event Series
The Event Series editor updates the details shared by every date of a series: the description, images, categories, tags, tickets, registration questions, waiver, status, and other settings. When you save, you choose whether the changes go to all events or to one date and every date after it. Dates you edited on their own keep their own details.
Open the Event Series editor
The dashboard's Series list shows each series as one row. Open the series page, then choose Edit.
In the dashboard sidebar under Events, click Series.
Click the series row to open its series page. The page shows the series title, status, schedule, totals for events, seats sold, and revenue, and one row per date.
Click Edit (pencil icon) at the top of the series page.
The editor opens as Edit series: (series title) under the heading Series details. It shows the series' own shared details, not the first date's details.
What you can edit for the whole series
The series editor edits the details the dates share:
Event name and, for recurring series, title variations: a title template and a custom title list.
Date & time: the series schedule.
Location: location type, venue name, address, and virtual event details.
Tickets & sales: ticket types, add-ons, pooled capacity, and sale rules.
Description.
Imagery: cover image and gallery.
Registration questions: Name and Email, custom questions, required state, and ordering. Removing a question keeps the answers already collected. The waiver and signature setting is here too.
Emails & reminders: the communication preference tier.
Organize: categories, tags, and Featured Event.
What to expect.

Status works differently from the fields above. The editor has no general status field: saving a draft publishes it, while other status changes such as cancelling or restoring use separate series actions.
The series editor has no SKU fields and no per-ticket-type sale windows such as Available from. Edit those on the individual date.
Choose which events receive your changes
Every save opens the Apply changes to dialog with two choices. There is no single-event choice here: to change one date only, open that date in the event editor and choose This event. See Edit an event.
All events: applies the change to every event in the series. The dialog shows how many, for example "Every event in this series, 10 events".
This and following events: applies the change from a date you pick onward. Choose that date under Starting from. The list starts at the second date, because choosing the first date means every event, offers only dates still to come, and starts on the next upcoming date.
This and following events is unavailable when the series has no future date after the first date.
Schedule changes apply to all events
Only All events can save changes to the schedule, including the repeating pattern, the dates, and the series time. This and following events keeps each event's own date and time. If you save schedule changes with This and following events, the save is refused with "Schedule changes apply to all events. Choose All events to save them."
A series stays a series in this editor. If you change the schedule type to a single event, the save is refused with "A series stays a series here. To make it a single event, open its first event."
If a schedule change would remove a date that has attendees, you confirm before anything changes. See Edit an event for what that confirmation shows.
Dates you customized keep their details
A date takes the new shared value only when it still matched the series' previous value. If you changed a detail on one date only, that date keeps its own version no matter which scope you save with.
A time zone change is different: it applies to every date in your chosen scope, including dates you customized.
If the series changed since you opened it
If the series was saved after you opened the editor, your save is refused with "This series changed since the page loaded. Reload the page and try again." Reload the editor and make your changes again. The same refusal happens when your page still refers to a ticket type, registration question, or gallery image the series no longer has.
