Managing multiple client sites as an agency

Eventually's multi-site dashboard lets agencies and consultants manage events across multiple Squarespace client sites from a single account. This keeps you from maintaining separate logins for each client, and it lets you hand off ownership when the project is complete.

Multi-site dashboard and client access require the Growth plan or higher. Growth includes 3 team members; Professional includes unlimited team members and white-label options.

How agency access works

Each client site is connected to its own Eventually team. You can belong to multiple teams under one login and switch between them from the account menu. Events, attendee data, and billing stay separate for each client, so there is no risk of mixing client information.

Connecting client sites

Connect each client's Squarespace site to its own Eventually team. For step-by-step instructions, see Connecting and disconnecting sites.

Managing events across teams

After switching to a client's team, you see only that team's events, attendees, and settings. Use the account menu to switch between clients without signing out. All event data, site configurations, and attendee information remain scoped to the team you are viewing.

Client access and handoff

When you are ready to hand a site back to the client, use the ownership transfer flow. The client receives an invitation, accepts ownership, and takes over billing. You stay on as an admin with ongoing access unless you choose to leave the team.

See Transfer ownership to a client for the full handoff steps.

Roles and team management

Control what each collaborator can see by assigning roles. Owners have full control, admins can manage all modules and team membership, support staff can handle accounts and support tickets, and viewers can monitor the dashboard read-only.

See Roles and permissions for the full access matrix.

Switching between client teams

Move between teams from the account menu. Your profile is shared across teams, but events, sites, and billing are isolated per client.

See Switching between teams.

Creating additional teams

Agencies often create one team per client. Each team needs its own plan and billing.

See Creating multiple teams.
