Switching between teams
If you belong to multiple Eventually teams, you can move between them from the account menu without signing out. Each team is fully isolated, so your events, sites, and settings stay scoped to the team you are currently viewing.
What carries over when you switch
Your account profile — name, email, and password — is shared across all teams. Everything else is tied to the individual team:
Events, attendees, and ticket data
Connected Squarespace sites
Billing and plan settings
Team members and roles
How to switch teams
Use the account menu in the dashboard to move to a different team. The page refreshes to show that team's events, sites, and settings. If you do not see a team you expect, make sure you have been invited to it or have created it under the same login.
Creating additional teams
Agencies and consultants often create one team per client so that billing, events, and data stay isolated. Each team needs its own plan and billing.
