Sign-in links in Eventually emails
Some Eventually emails contain a sign-in link that logs you in with one click, without typing a password. You cannot request one on demand: these links arrive only in specific emails we send, such as the one that delivers a widget preview you asked for.
To sign in normally, use your email address and password at app.eventuallyticketing.com. If you have forgotten your password, see Sign in and recover your account.
How the links work
They expire after 15 minutes. Open the email promptly, or the link stops working.
They work once. After the first use the link is spent, even if you never reached the dashboard.
They sign in one specific person. If you are already signed in as a different user, the link refuses rather than swapping your session. Sign out first, then open the link again.
If the link does not work
An expired or already-used link sends you to the sign-in page with: That sign-in link is expired or already used. Sign in with your password instead.
Sign in with your password. If you do not have one yet, or cannot remember it, request a password reset from the sign-in page.
Some corporate mail systems open every link in a message to scan it for threats. That can consume your sign-in link before you click it. If a link is always spent by the time you use it, sign in with your password instead.
