Resending a confirmation email

If an attendee didn't receive their confirmation email or has lost their ticket link, resend it directly from their attendee record. The resent email includes their ticket details, QR code, event information, and an updated secure link if the old one has expired.

Resend a confirmation email

  1. Open the event in your Eventually dashboard and scroll to the Guests section.

  2. Click the attendee who needs their confirmation email resent.

  3. In the attendee detail modal, click Send ticket link.

A confirmation notice appears when the email is sent.

When to resend

  • The attendee cannot find their original confirmation email.

  • An old ticket link or QR code no longer works.

  • The attendee was transferred a ticket and needs their own confirmation.

What the resent email contains

  • Ticket details and event information

  • QR code for check-in

  • An updated secure ticket link, if the previous link was invalidated by a security update or transfer
