Viewing and filtering your attendee list
Your attendee list shows everyone registered for an event. Open any event in your Eventually dashboard and scroll to the Guests section to review registered attendees and checked-in guests.
Waitlisted people appear in a separate Waitlist section below Guests. The Waitlist section appears only when waitlisting is enabled and entries exist.

Open the event in your Eventually dashboard.
Scroll to the Guests section.
Reading guest list rows
Each row shows an attendee. When an order includes more than one room seat, the row leads with the total room-seat count, such as 3 seats, instead of an extra-guest badge like +1 guest. A single-seat order shows no seat count. Add-ons, such as meals or merchandise, are not room seats and do not add to the seat count.
Click any attendee to open the attendee detail view and see the full order breakdown, including the Tickets row for multi-seat orders.
The footer of the Guests roster shows counts such as 14 attending · 9 orders · 2 cancelled. The attending count tracks people and seats, not orders: a 3-seat order adds 3 to the attending count. Pending, cancelled, refunded, add-on, and virtual entries never count as attending. When pending registrations exist, the footer shows a separate pending count and they are excluded from the attending total.
Fully cancelled or refunded orders move into a collapsed Cancelled and refunded section labeled Not counted as attending. Click the cancelled or refunded count in the footer to open that section.
