Sharing a direct event link
Every event in Eventually has a permanent public URL. You can share this link directly in emails, social posts, or anywhere you want to send people to register.
Where to find the shareable link
In your dashboard, open any event and copy the link from the event actions.
Standalone events use the path
/e/your-event-slug.Recurring series have a series page at
/s/:idthat lists every upcoming date.
Standalone events vs. recurring series
Use the right link for the event type:
Standalone events — Share the single event page. Attendees land directly on the registration page for that date.
Recurring series — Share the series page. Attendees browse all upcoming dates, pick one, and then register for that specific session.
Using event links in campaigns and social media
Paste the copied link into email campaigns, social posts, or SMS messages. When a visitor clicks a series link, they see the full list of upcoming dates before choosing a session.
Brand logo on the public event page
When you share a direct event link, the hosted public event page can display your brand logo centered above the event card. If a See-all events URL is configured, the logo links to that URL so attendees can browse more of your events. If no See-all events URL is available, the logo is displayed without a link. The logo is capped at 400 pixels wide and scales down on mobile. If you have not uploaded a logo in Settings → Brand, the page shows the event card without a logo block.
Direct links to completed events
A direct link to a completed event still opens its hosted public event page. The page renders as read-only history so attendees can review event details, but registration is closed.
Completed events show a disabled Registration closed state instead of a live registration or buy button. Checkout, RSVP, waitlist, and other sign-up actions are not available for past events. If an event is unpublished or hidden, the public page returns Event not found.
