Branding your emails
All Eventually emails — confirmations, reminders, broadcasts, and host notifications — carry your brand logo and colors in the header. You can override the default logo size for emails only, and the header logo automatically links to your brand site when a valid URL is available.
Set your email logo size
The Logo size control lives in Communications under the Email Styling section. It scales the header logo box in transactional emails without changing the logo used elsewhere.
Go to Communications in your Eventually dashboard.
Open the Email Styling section.
Choose a Logo size from the dropdown:
Default — Uses the brand default scale (1×).
Small — 0.75× the default box.
Large — 1.5× the default box.
Extra large — 2× the default box.
Save your changes.
Logo size is an email-only override. It does not change the core brand logo used on event pages or the calendar widget.
How the logo link works
When a valid site URL exists, the header logo in transactional emails is wrapped in a link to your brand site.
The link URL is chosen in this order:
Your brand’s source URL (if set).
The connected Squarespace site URL (fallback).
If neither URL is present, or if the URL is malformed or not a valid HTTP(S) address, the logo is displayed as a plain image without a link.
