Scheduling an email
Broadcasts can't be scheduled yet. The broadcast composer on an event has only a Send button and no date or time picker for a future send. Write your message and send it when you are ready; it goes out right away.
Send a broadcast now
Broadcasts currently send right away. The composer provides a Send action and does not offer a date or time picker for scheduling a future send.
Open the event from Events in your dashboard.
Start a broadcast and write your subject and message.
Choose Send. The message goes out immediately.

Which guests receive it
The recipient list is worked out when the broadcast sends, not when you start writing it.
