Update your reseller renewal card

When you update the saved renewal card for any reseller domain or website, the new payment method is applied to every reseller subscription on your team. You only need to change the card once.

Where to update the card

Go to Settings → Subscriptions in your dashboard. The Subscriptions page lists your reseller domains and websites under Site and Domains sections.

Update the card for all subscriptions

  1. Find the domain or website you want to update and click Manage renewal.

  2. In the modal, select Use a different card if a saved card is already shown.

  3. Enter the new card details in the Stripe card field.

  4. Click Update card. While the card is being saved, the button text changes to Updating…

  5. After the update succeeds, you are returned to the Subscriptions page and see the message Renewal card updated for all your subscriptions.

What gets updated

The new card is saved as the renewal payment method for every reseller domain and every reseller website on your team. The stored card brand and last four digits are refreshed everywhere at the same time.

Who can update the card

Only team owners and admins can update the reseller renewal card. Members without admin access will see a permission error when attempting to update the card.

If the update fails

If there is a problem saving the new card, you will see an inline error message. Common causes include:

  • The card details were not completed before submitting. Make sure the card field is filled.

  • The Stripe payment form failed to load. Refresh the page and try again.

  • The card was declined by the issuer. Try a different card or contact your bank.

If the error persists, contact Eventually support with the exact error text and the page you were on.
